WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
My home based studio is located within the Sutherland Shire, Sydney, NSW.​​​

DO YOU PROVIDE MOBILE SERVICES AND HOW DO I BOOK?
I do provide mobile services, I travel for groups of 3+ only. To receive a quote for a mobile booking please email at helenaomakeupartistry@gmail.com and include all information in regard to the booking such as:
- How many people require makeup
- Address of booking
- Date & Time everyone needs to be completed by​​

HOW/WHEN I CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT?
Appointments can be changed, cancelled and adjusted up to 48 hours prior to your appointment for free, to do so there is a link at the bottom of your confirmation email giving you full control to change and adjust your appointments. In the case you cannot cancel online, contact us promptly. If you need to cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged a late cancellation fee equalling to the service booked.

CAN I BOOK IN BEFORE OR AFTER BUSINESS HOURS?
Please contact me via email to request before/after hour bookings. Please note It is not always guaranteed that I will be available and it will incur an additional extra fee for the appointment

DO YOU OFFER RECEPTION TOUCHUPS?
I do offer a reception touch up service, depending on some factors for that date I may be unavailable so it always depends​​​

Quarter Day 2 hours
Half Day 4 hours
Full Day 8 hours
Yes i do! The hours listed above are the additional hours if you want me to stay AFTER I have completed the makeup. Please email helenaomakeupartistry@gmail.com to receive a quote. Include number of models, shoot location, time and date.
