STUDIO BOOKING FEE

All in-studio bookings must be made online. To secure your appointment, a deposit or full payment is required; this deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Please note that prices increase by 15% on public holidays and after hours.

CANCELLING/CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT TERMS

Any cancellations or changes to your appointment (including time, date, or number of people) made within 48 hours will incur a fee equal to the cost of the booked service. You may cancel or adjust your appointment up to 48 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Failure to show up without cancelling or notifying us will result in a charge for the full service fee. Unpaid fees will lead to a ban on future bookings until the amount is settled.

MOBILE SERVICE TRAVEL FEE AND INFO / EARLY BIRD / OTHER FEES

Mobile services incur an additional travel fee, varying based on:

- Distance from the studio

- Fuel costs

- Tolls

- Time spent traveling

- Loss of profit during travel

Please arrange parking and accommodation in advance, if necessary, and inform us accordingly. Parking fees will be added to your total. An additional early bird fee applies for services before 8 a.m.

PREP PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT

Preparation before your appointment is crucial. Please arrive without makeup (including mascara) to avoid delays caused by removal. Allow extra time for potential traffic, parking issues, or accidents. Notify me as soon as possible if you will be late; appointments over 15 minutes late will be canceled, and the full amount will be charged. Inform me in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or products that should be avoided. No lash lifts if wanting false lashes stuck on. Avoid botox, fillers, or any procedures that may cause irritation or inflammation at least 2 weeks before your appointment or wedding day.
